Timing Chain Replacement       800.00

This service includes us removing your engine and replacing the following components.

Replace LH chain cassette

Replace RH chain cassette

Replace jackshaft tensioner

Replace balance shaft tensioner

Fit new modified tensioner and oil restrictor valve kit

Supply new oil, oil filter and antifreeze.

As well as the above being relaced we will clean the engine of any debris including the sump and oil pick up pipe.

We will advise on anything else that we find.

Timing Chain Replacement      500.00

As per the above works but with out replacing the RH Rear Cam chain cassette.

Rough Idle Start Up Fix.    75.00 / 95.00

Supply and fit a new set of upper and lower inlet manifold seals to your explorer to prevent the rough starting and poor idle. The 75.00 is for petrol only engines and the 95.00 is for engines that are lpg converted.

Start Up Rattle Fix.                   77.00

Supply and fit a modified kit to help prevent the start up rattle on your explorer. Please note that this is not a cure for the rattle but will prolong it.

This fix inludes a new hydraulic tensioner as well as an oil restrictor valve fitting to the engine.

Rough Idle & Start Up Rattle Fix 125.00

Supply and fit the start up rattle fix and the rough idle fix at the same time

Please add and extra 20.00 if your vehicle is lpg converted.
